The App allows authorized users to manage their Facebook Pages (e.g., post content, view insights, manage messages) through backend API integration with Facebook.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to manage the Facebook Page(s) you connect to the App.

4. Access and Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Facebook account and ensuring that all actions taken through your Facebook login are authorized.

5. Use Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Use the App for unlawful, misleading, or malicious purposes

• Violate Facebook’s Platform Policies

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

• Interfere with the App’s operation or security

6. Intellectual Property

All content and materials provided by the App (excluding Facebook content) are owned by [Picosoft Solutions Sdn Bhd]. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our materials without permission.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your access to the App at any time, for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms.

8. Disclaimer

The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the App will be error-free or available at all times.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, [Picosoft Solutions Sdn Bhd] shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the App.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted means you accept the revised Terms.
