Data Deletion Policy

If you wish to delete your data associated with our Facebook App [PicoSocial], please follow the steps below:

How to Remove App Access from Facebook:

1. Log in to your Facebook account.

2. Go to Settings & Privacy > Settings.

3. Click “Apps and Websites” in the left menu.

4. Find our app in the list of active apps.

5. Click “Remove” next to the app name.

6. Confirm the removal in the popup.

This will revoke the app’s access to your Facebook data.

Requesting Server-Side Data Deletion:

To delete any personal data we may have stored on our servers (e.g., Page-related configurations or tokens), please send an email to:

Subject: Facebook App Data Deletion Request

In your request, please include:

• Your full name

• Facebook User ID (if known)

• The name of the Facebook Page(s) connected to our app

We will verify and process your request within 7 business days.
